At the sponsor’s sole cost and expense, the sponsor shall maintain the following insurance coverage during the term of the event, including setup and breakdown periods:
1. Commercial General Liability Insurance on an occurrence basis, including but not limited to contractual liability, personal injury, bodily injury, property damage, and products/completed operations, with limits of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 general aggregate.
2. Errors & Omissions / Miscellaneous Professional Liability Insurance with a minimum limit of $2,000,000 per claim.
3. Umbrella / Excess Liability Insurance with limits of at least $2,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate in excess of the coverage listed above.
4. Automobile Liability Insurance (if vehicles will be used in connection with event operations), covering all owned, non-owned, and hired vehicles with a combined single limit of $1,000,000 per accident for bodily injury and property damage.
5. Workers’ Compensation Insurance in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws, including Employer’s Liability Insurance with limits of not less than:

$1,000,000 each accident,
$1,000,000 disease – each employee,
$1,000,000 disease – policy limit.

Sponsors must provide proof of insurance and endorsements naming PRIMETIME Entertainment, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates as Additional Insureds under the Commercial General Liability and Auto Liability policies, on a primary and non-contributory basis. A waiver of subrogation in favor of PRIMETIME Entertainment, LLC must also be included where applicable.
